AFI to Play Grand Prairie, TX

AFI will play in Grand Prairie, TX on December 4th at the Nokia Theater. This is a radio festival with The Edge. More details later. Tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster this Friday.

    That's only 23 fucking minutes from where I live(I live in Dallas), I'm fucking stoked. They rarely play in Texas, and even when they do, it's in San Antonio or Houston. OMG, yay. HELLO AFI ON DEC. 4th. :D

    ^ yea sorry but its pretty much true. Everything The edge funds pretty much blows. The edge did this in 2007 for I think it was edge fest. The Edge crowds are horrible. This is just me Angelsineveryone but I will never pay money towards edgefest/edge sponsored shows.I was hoping they would play at The Door or The Palliduim or Granada or even the House Of Blues. Whata bust. Festivals are never the same especially in AFI case.

    Eh, I think I'll pass on this....The Edge has this thing of fucking everything up....Plus, the people that usually show up for these kind of events are drunk southern pride D-bags and nobody dances. Not to mention tickets are going to be outrageously over priced and its not worth standing there waiting while bands like Staind, MCR and Anberlin play. Nope, I'm not going.
