Theory posts DF "exclusive" audio (Bowie Cover)

For the first time in many years, the DF gets an audio exclusive. This time, Theory posted a clip of a rehearsal of David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust. DF members can click here to find the thread with the audio. Non-DFers will not be able to access the thread.

The clip was leaked to YouTube.

19:07 PM EST: AFI just posted it on Facebook for everyone to hear. There goes the DF exclusive. We are putting the link here because it was made public for everyone on AFI's Facebook.

    Yeah, it sounds like a studio recording (it's actually taken from the soundboard of a soundcheck), but seriously, why can't they give us an original?

    There was a post of ziggy stardust and endlessly she said during decemberunderground days on aol. It was live and acoustic. I'm sure someone can find it.

    Both acoustics that were mentioned by Dianaml are found on youtube pretty easily and on the Sessions Under Cover AOL page. And I have the mp3 (decent quality) if anyone wants them/ if it isn't illegal or anything.

    And now AFI's tweeted that it's at www.afireinside.net/ziggy.mp3 and on a twt.fm page they tweeted a minute after that. :/ Kinda sucks. Scratch that, that really sucks. I'm hapy I can get it now, but what about DF Exclusive? That sucks for you guys...

    It was leaked because there was a bulletin up on myspace...It wasn't someone being pathetic...The band put it up on their official myspace.
