To be fair, normally in the US it's mm/dd/yy, so I can see where he's coming from. And the setlist looks good!! :D
ReplyDeleteI bet Self Pity was really cool...
ReplyDeletei hope someone have vids of "Too Shy To Scream" and "It was mine",i really want to see how those sound live XD
ReplyDeleteI wonder if everyone will be clapping for TSTS
ReplyDeleteDamn I hope someone puts vids up of Too Shy To Scream and ....wow people just settle down no need to argue it isnt that big of a deal I'm not taken sides on this one but just let it go
ReplyDeleteI would put "On the Arrow" in red too
ReplyDeleteUSA is like only country where is that mm/dd/yyyy system, and they also got some grazy units such: barrel, Fahrenheit, feet, mile, inch, pound. British too use some of these unitsSorry USA and UK, but we Europeans think that those are really weird. Use metre system :D
ReplyDelete@Rather Red, They've played "On the Arrow" live before. They at least did at the Columbus show, if not before that.
ReplyDeleteSad to see AFI neglect their Black Sails and AOD material. I'd kill to see them bust out Wester o No Poetic Device, which I'd think would fit in with their current setlist. Still, this setlist is pretty good, and bringing back old favorites like Self Pity and On The Arrow is a plus. However, I hope they choose to play even more tracks from Crash Love, as Sacrilege or even Okay I Feel Better Now are songs I'd love to hear live.
ReplyDelete@jAtFhlmAt first I thought the red ones were just songs that have hardly ever been played live, not absolutely never... but never makes more sense :)
ReplyDeleteOr I guess I would call them "surprises" or "treasures" or "live rarities" haha

ReplyDeletethanks Pablo for the news!hope to see on the arrow live...
ReplyDeleteomg i REALLY hope they self pity and too shy to scream in scranton..omg..
ReplyDeleteI'll go ahead and delete my own posts because this has gone off topic enough.
ReplyDeleteTO EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DATE: you guys should be smart enough to know that it is not the May 10th set list. I think everyone knows Pablo lives in Mexico and the dates are posted differently. Stop fighting about a fucking date. THere is no point. If fighting continues about stupid subjects, THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES. Be respectful of one another.
ReplyDeleteI hope someone recorded these at the showww.
ReplyDeleteAwesome set list!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm dying to hear Fainting Spells live!!!
ReplyDeleteReal nice to see The Leaving Song and On The Arrow here and on the Minneapolis set. But anyone else noticed the absence of The Days Of The Phoenix?? They can't do that !!(you know I know they sure can but...)Although they've been playing it for a decade now, it's a classic! :(
ReplyDeleteOMG I was there!!!!!!! It was an amazing show and Davey was extremely sexy!!!
ReplyDeleteSooo excited for self-pity and ever and day. I've almost never herd of them playing those two live. : )
ReplyDeleteThey played On The Arrow in Columbus, just curious why there isn't a post about that show.I was there but I don't remember the setlist, I was too busy swooning over meeting the band :DThey played IATVHTBH for the first time ever live, I remember that much!
ReplyDeleteFrom now on, I will be posting blog entries with the setlist of the shows, so people don't have to browse through 40 pages on the OMB.
ReplyDeleteI would KILL to see On the Arrow live!!
ReplyDeletewhy youtube doesn't have any links for the new songs?.. sadly... :(
ReplyDeletebecause they banned videotaping at that concert ,for some reason.
ReplyDeleteDrew; believe it or not, not everyone on the internet is American, nor does everyone use your shitty date system.Tell me you're not too stupid to realise where Pablo is from, clearly that's an Australian name amirite?
