Panasonic Youth (Mark), one of the winners of the Begin Transmission contest, made a post on the Official Message Board regarding the rumors that “Medicate” is the name of a song from Crash Love.
UPDATE: Natacia, another winner, has confirmed this as well.
“Um. So I can confirm that the word “medicate” was featured pretty heavily in one of the songs we got a preview of during the Begin Transmission thing. eek!”Mark is speaking of the chance he and the other five winners had to hear two unmixed songs from the upcoming album. This just about seals the deal that “Medicate” is on Crash Love, and furthers its case for being the first single. There is a question pending in Ask AFI regarding the potential title.
