AFI @Lollapalooza - Reviews, Pictures, Video, Setlist


On August 7 AFI took the stage at the annual Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago, Illinois. They played a 4:45pm set that lasted an hour, and they played at least 14 songs. We've collected pictures, videos, and a (partial) list of songs played below.

  14. Flash, BeatCrave may be referring to the crowd chanting STW. We were chanting for a good 5 minutes before the boys came on stage.

  15. I was standing a little way back and no one around me was an AFI fan. The crowd seemed a little tough--not really into AFI, kind of a "prove it to me" vibe. Three songs in, they were chanting A!F!I! It was awesome, watching 15 or 20 thousand people turn into dyed-in-the-wool fans in 5 minutes. But the band KILLED. This was my 5th show, and it was one of the best I've seen. IF davey can physically reach the crowd, it just takes it to a whole other level.
