New Blaqk Audio Song "Afterdark" on Batman Game Soundtrack

Yesterday we posted about a new Blaqk Audio song "Witness" being featured on the soundtrack for  the upcoming film Abduction starring Taylor Lautner. Today brings news of another new Blaqk Audio song called "Afterdark" that will be featured on a forthcoming soundtrack -- this time for the video game Batman: Arkham City.

The game is slated for release on October 18, 2011. The soundtrack will be released on October 4, 2011 on Amazon. Thanks to our reader Tom for finding that release date!

AFI Rock Band Track Pack Discounted For Limited Time

Rock Band Track Pack on November 17

According to this article on AltPress, Rock Band will release a 5-song AFI Track Pack on November 17. The tracks are:

• Love Like Winter
• The Leaving Song Pt. II
  
• Beautiful Thieves
• End Transmission
• Medicate

This means that soon after this track pack's release, we will put up vocal rips for you to download.

Pablo's 13/11/2009 edit: It was confirmed HERE today. Each song will cost 160 MSP but if you buy the whole pack it will be 680 MSP.

No AFI Rock Band 5 Track Pack in October

No AFI 5 track pack this month. Reuters said Rock Band would be releasing an AFI 5 track pack as Downloadable Content in this month, October. We'll keep you posted if/when it comes out!

The biggest news to come from this is that AFI will be releasing 5 songs for Rock Band in October.

16/10/2009 update: The DLC week for October 20th has been announced as a Queen 10 song track pack. This means that, if Reuters information is correct (which most likely is - they're a reliable source), we will get the AFI 5 song track pack on October 27th. The AFI track would be announced on October 23rd.

Rock Band will be coming to your iPhone and iPod Touch. MTV reported the tracklist for the game earlier today.
